Shipping Policy

1. The Purchaser confirms having read this shipping policy prior to purchasing on www.tarifafoods.com.
    

2. Currently, Company offers shipping only in Gujarat State.
    

3. The Company offers free shipping for order value > Rs. 500. If the order value be < Rs. 500, a flat charge of Rs. 30 shall be applicable. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included in the listed prices. There are no hidden charges for delivery.
    

4. The Company shall dispatch the order at the earliest and the purchaser should receive its product within 3 – 5 working days.
    

5. The Company will ship the product throughout the week, except Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by the purchaser at the time of placing the order.
    

6. The Company will provide to the purchaser the tracking number of their purchase and the details of the courier service via email, to enable the purchaser to track their order online.
    

7. The purchaser can cancel its order only within a period of maximum 24 hours of placing an order vide a formal email to the Company specifying the Order Number. The Cancellation shall be accepted by the Company only in the event the order is NOT processed. The purchaser agrees that the company’s decision is final in accepting or denying the cancellation request.
    

8. The Company’s delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to their warehouse. The Company’s delivery partners will also provide a “We missed you” note or a similar note if they have attempted the delivery and the purchaser was not available. The Purchaser will be required to call the number provided on the note and get the delivery arranged by them within 24 hours from the date of note.
